Resources *
I love to read and I love to learn and I love to read and learn about nutrition and healthy living. I’ve put together what I think are some important resources which will provide information as well as a better understanding of nutrition and overall healthy living.

What’s great about many of these resources is that not only are they informative, but many are available at a local library, a great resource in itself. I will make additions to the lists periodically.

Currently, the resources are broken down into the following categories: books, publications, websites, and films.

For me, learning is a process that is ongoing. Knowledge is the power necessary to go on having healthy days and nourishing ways today, tomorrow, and forever.
